CIVIL ENGINEER: Degree in Civil Engineering; Intermediate English; MS Office (advanced Excel essential); MS Project and AutoCAD; Construction norms and procedures; Reading and Interpretation of Drawings (mainly in construction
civil).
Main Responsibilities: Inspect civil works executed in boilers, provide technical support to the contractor, participate in interface meetings between the company and the client, analyze and monitor the planning and schedule of the work, conduct inspections and checks in work reports, act in the interfaces of assembly and construction projects, oversee SSMA items with the contractor, provide support and meet demands coordinated by the Senior Civil Engineer.
MATERIAL SUPERVISOR: Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Intermediate English (essential for reading); MS Office (intermediate/advanced Excel); MS Project and AutoCAD; Reading and Interpretation of Drawings; Construction norms and procedures; NR 35.
Main Responsibilities: Control and manage materials, monitor the release of materials for the project, organize the receipt of loads, unloading, and movement, track all deliveries and drawings related to the project via SAP system, act in the correct storage and distribution of materials.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Degree in Administration; Intermediate English; MS Office; Technical Drawing; SAP System; MS Project; NR 35 desirable;
Main Responsibilities: Control, distribute, review, and manage drawings related to the project, follow up on drawings through the SAP system, various files, control of office materials, support for employees and clients.
CONSTRUCTION SECRETARY: Degree in Administration; Advanced/Fluent English; MS Office; MS Project; NR 35 desirable
Main Responsibilities: Manage schedules and meetings, responsible for issuing documents and minutes, support to management, and distribution of documents and drawings.
