The free technical course with a certificate is especially recommended for those who work directly in the field and seek professional qualification. The main objective of the initiative is to meet the needs of the specialized fencing market, as well as to develop it to stimulate job creation in Brazil.
According to Morlan’s marketing manager, Christian Speyer, the pioneering course aims to transform the current labor market for fencing in the country. “Based on our strong presence in this area, we know that the fencing market is very much in need of professionalization. Furthermore, we see a promising and profitable environment, capable of offering employment for many professionals. To operate in the fencing market, a technician needs at least two helpers, and with a trained team and a minimum investment of R$ 3 thousand, one can venture into the field and achieve initial net profits on the order of R$ 10 thousand monthly. All aspects related to this will be taught in the course,” he explains.

For Senac, this will be a great opportunity to invest in a new range of courses. According to the institution’s professor and course head, Paulo Risse, the expectations for the launch are optimistic: “I believe that the course, in addition to providing theoretical and practical training, will create new job and career opportunities. Additionally, students will be able to acquire a lot of knowledge in a short time, developing affinities and new skills. At the end of the course, the goal is for them to feel confident and have the necessary background to open or improve their own businesses, promoting and prospecting new clients, as well as expanding their service activity range,” he emphasizes.
Risse holds a civil engineering degree from the Ritter dos Reis University Center (UniRitter) and specializes in Auditing, Assessments, and Engineering Expertise from the Post-Graduation Institute (IPOG). He also studied automotive mechanical engineering at the Lutheran University of Brazil (ULBRA) and has a technical degree in electronics from the Santo Inácio Technical School.
