How the Bayer Internship Program 2026 Works

The program has three entry points:
Higher Education Internship;

Requirements for the Higher Education Internship
For those looking to work in corporate, pharmaceutical, or consumer areas, the criteria include:
Being enrolled from the 3rd semester of undergraduate studies or the 1st semester of a technological course;
Having availability to intern for 1 year, 30 hours per week;
Being able to work in person in some locations.
The opportunities are distributed in cities such as São Paulo (SP), Ribeirão Preto (SP), Paulínia (SP), Camaçari (BA), Uberlândia (MG), Londrina (PR), among others.
Requirements for the Agricultural Higher Education Internship
Aimed at students of Agronomy and Agricultural Engineering, this modality is intended for those who have already completed in-person courses. The criteria include:
Availability of 5 months to 1 year;
40-hour work week;
In-person internship in locations such as Cachoeira Dourada (MG), Paulínia (SP), and Petrolina (PE).
This format offers a stipend of R$ 2,800 and cost support of R$ 870, in addition to additional benefits.
Requirements for the Technical Internship
Students in technical courses also find opportunities in the program. The prerequisites are:
Being linked to a technical school;
Having availability to intern for 1 to 2 years, 30 hours per week;
Possibility of in-person work in cities such as Camaçari (BA), Itaí (SP), and São José dos Campos (SP).
