TIVIT Opens Doors For Future Leaders: Trainee Program 2024 Offers Salary of R$ 6 Thousand and Unique Opportunities, Check It Out!

TIVIT, a renowned Brazilian technology multinational, is launching its highly anticipated Trainee Program 2024, offering a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals looking to enter the commercial sector of the technology market. With an initial salary of R$ 6 thousand and an intensive development proposal over 18 months, the program promises to shape participants into future leaders in the industry.

The Trainee Program 2024 at TIVIT will have a total duration of 18 months, divided into different structured phases to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience. Those selected for the positions will undergo an initial 30-day commercial onboarding period, followed by 60 days of hands-on immersion with the Sales team, and finally, 15 months supporting the company’s Sales Force.

Requirements and Benefits in the Trainee Program 2024 at TIVIT

To apply for the Trainee Program 2024, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree completed between December 2016 and December 2023, be available for on-site work in São Paulo, possess intermediate knowledge of English, have skills in the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and have a passion for technology.

In addition to a competitive salary, selected 2024 trainees will have access to benefits such as PPR (Profit Participation Program) with Semiannual Variable based on sales, health and dental plans, life insurance, pharmacy partnerships, Total Pass for gyms and wellness, transportation and meal vouchers, along with a 40-hour work week (8 hours a day).

Application Process for the Trainee Program 2024 Positions

The selection process for the Trainee Program positions will include an online assessment, business simulation, panel with commercial leadership, and interview with the CSO (Chief Sales Officer).
