With an initial salary of R$ 6 thousand and an intensive development proposal over 18 months, the program promises to shape participants into future leaders in the industry.

The Trainee Program 2024 at TIVIT will have a total duration of 18 months, divided into different structured phases to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience. Those selected for the positions will undergo an initial 30-day commercial onboarding period, followed by 60 days of hands-on immersion with the Sales team, and finally, 15 months supporting the company’s Sales Force.
