The talent development program is strategically important for the company, which seeks to hire and develop new professionals for its team.

The internship program aims to strengthen the BTP team and offers a unique chance for students from various fields to showcase their competence and develop their skills in a challenging and innovative work environment. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work in a prestigious company and engage in transformational projects that drive the economic and social development of the country.

It is also a requirement to have intermediate to advanced knowledge of English and be available to work in-person in the Baixada Santista region. Candidates must expect to graduate between June 2025 and December 2026 to apply for the internship program.

Selection Process

The BTP selection process consists of four stages:

Create a Winning Internship Resume

Crafting a standout internship resume can be a challenge for individuals with little or no experience in the job market. Check out some tips below to help you stand out:

  1. Start with the objective of the resume: your resume objective should be clear and concise, highlighting the type of internship you are seeking and your professional ambitions.
  2. List your academic background: include the name of the course, the educational institution, and relevant dates. If you have excellent academic performance, highlight it on your resume.
  3. Highlight relevant professional experiences: if you have worked before, showcase your responsibilities and achievements. Be sure to list only experiences relevant to the internship you are applying for.
  4. If you have no professional experience, mention relevant academic projects or extracurricular activities: such as volunteering, teamwork, case studies, and research projects.
  5. List your technical skills and specific competencies: include skills such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, IT skills, marketing, sales, among other relevant skills for the internship.

A successful internship starts with a well-prepared application. Be sure to include only relevant information and demonstrate your competencies.
