The Federal Institute of Goiás - IFG decided to give you the opportunity to attend high school, with the technician or just the technical courses, to people who have not yet managed to complete their studies or are simply looking for training in some area, take advantage of the many opportunities offered by the IFG. There are 1.914 vacancies on 14 campuses in Goiás. Those who are interested need to register through the IFG website, until the 31st of this month.

The courses are completely free and the selection will be made through a virtual raffle. Students will also have the opportunity to join the Youth and Adult Education modality, EJA.
In Goiânia, the technical courses available are Environmental Control, Buildings, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Musical Instruments, Mining and Telecommunications, Clinical Analysis, Nutrition and Dietetics and Health Surveillance. These courses last an average of 3 to 4 years.
Many vacancies available at the Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG)
For those wishing to join the EJA, the IFG has made 501 vacancies available for selection. The courses offered are Kitchen Technician, Systems Development Technician and Nursing Technician, all with an average duration of 2 years.
For those who have already completed high school and wish to enroll in the subsequent modality, or who are completing high school at another institution and wish to enroll concurrently, the IFG has made available around 153 vacancies for the courses of Technician in Land Surveying, Technician in Electrotechnics, Technician in Mechanics and Mining Technician.
Application and selection dates
Due to the new Coronavirus pandemic, the selection of students will be through virtual raffles, which will be held on the IFG YouTube channel, on March 10th for the EJA and Subsequent modality, and March 11th and 12th for the medium- technician.
50% of the vacancies are reserved for public school students and those who declare themselves black, brown and indigenous, and people with some type of disability.
