Unlike Other Programs Made by JBS, This Edition Will Take a Surprising Number of 1,500 Employees for Job Vacancies in Australian Lands
JBS, one of the largest food companies in the world, is expanding its JBS Without Borders program to Australia, taking 1,500 Brazilian employees to work in specific job vacancies in the country. This initiative aims to maintain JBS’s culture in markets where it has acquired local companies and enhance the efficiency of its operations abroad.
The JBS Without Borders program has been in place for about a decade and has been successful in Canada and the United States, employing around 70 collaborators in those regions. Now, JBS is offering a significantly larger number of job vacancies in Australia, covering productive and administrative areas within JBS’s units in the country.
This expansion in job vacancies was made possible thanks to the support of the J&F Institute, which enabled the program’s expansion and large-scale training of the selected employees. Those interested in participating in the program in Australia must have completed elementary education, worked at JBS for at least 12 months, and have a minimum of two years of experience.
