Espro is a private, philanthropic association without profit. Founded by the initiative of units of the Rotary Club of São Paulo, it has been working for over 40 years on the training of adolescents and young people in social vulnerability through socio-educational actions, mediation of access, and integration into the workforce.
The salary for Young Apprentices will range from R$ 490 to R$ 1,030, and the working hours are 4 or 6 hours, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.

- The minimum required schooling is to be at least in the 9th grade of elementary school
