Voltalia secured a contract for the operation and maintenance services of a wind farm from Aliança Energia in Ceará. The contract is for a duration of five years and its value has not been disclosed. In addition to operation and maintenance services, the agreement includes performance analysis of the wind turbines and oversight of operation and maintenance services performed by the turbine manufacturer.
The CEO of Voltalia Brazil, Robert Klein, celebrated another milestone for the company in the country. According to him, the group has a vast global portfolio of service clients, and now announces it is closing its first O&M contract.

Voltalia Completes Installation of the Global Operations Center for Renewable Energies in Mossoró (RN)
By the end of this year 2020, Rio Grande do Norte – RN will further consolidate its autonomy in the renewable energy market, especially in the wind energy sector.
The main idea of the project is to benefit the Mossoró region with wind energy; Voltalia claims that the venture has a great chance of success.
On the 13th, the preliminary testing phase for the remote operation of the wind farms in the RN region will begin. The amount invested is more than 4 million reais and will initially generate over 80 job vacancies.
Voltalia is a multinational of French origin focused on the renewable energy sector. In addition to being a generator, it is also a service provider and supports clients in renewable energy projects throughout all phases. In Brazil, it has around 1 gigawatt (GW) in operational and under-construction projects, primarily located in Rio Grande do Norte.
