Good news for Espírito Santo! The construction of a development in Cariacica (ES) promises to invigorate the region and will require more than 7,000 jobs, consisting of 1,839 direct positions and 5,517 indirect ones. With investments around R$ 100 million, the works will be carried out for the installation of a corporate complex, which will include spaces for business, residential, and health areas.

The land designated for the construction of the development has more than 78,000 square meters and the complex is being built on Avenida Mário Gurgel, BR – 262, in the Alto Lage neighborhood, in the municipality of Cariacica, Espírito Santo.
