Good news for Espírito Santo! The construction of a development in Cariacica (ES) promises to invigorate the region and will require more than 7,000 jobs, consisting of 1,839 direct positions and 5,517 indirect ones. With investments around R$ 100 million, the works will be carried out for the installation of a corporate complex, which will include spaces for business, residential, and health areas.

The land designated for the construction of the development has more than 78,000 square meters and the complex is being built on Avenida Mário Gurgel, BR – 262, in the Alto Lage neighborhood, in the municipality of Cariacica, Espírito Santo.

The development, which is already in the earthmoving phase, is expected to follow a modern architectural standard based on the structure of an open-air American shopping mall. The project is the responsibility of the company Nazca Advisors.

It is expected that the first phase of the works will be delivered in the second half of 2022. According to economist Cecília Perini, works of this magnitude reflect the recovery of the economy in a post-pandemic scenario and the generation of jobs will reintegrate into the labor market those who were affected by the crisis this year.
