Unlocking investments in the civil construction industry, Mato Grosso do Sul receives a new Quero-Quero store, one of the largest construction material store chains
In full growth, Mato Grosso do Sul attracts several investments from new networks and large civil construction industries, mainly construction materials. This Thursday (12), a unit of the Quero-Quero Store was inaugurated. The company, which has a chain of construction materials with more stores in Brazil, chose Mato Grosso do Sul as the first one outside the southern region to expand its market.

The city chosen to become the headquarters of Loja Quero-Quero was Eldorado. According to Peter Furukawa, the company's CEO, since the beginning, the construction materials network has had the goal of reaching all the states of the country, however with the responsibility of serving and respecting customers in the best possible way.
Furukawa says he always knew the company would arrive in Mato Grosso do Sul, and other regions of the country. The estimate was to arrive only next year, but opportunities have arisen to enter the civil construction industry later this year.
Around 80% of the cities where the construction material stores are located have less than 100 inhabitants. This is due to the fact that the company's mission is to serve municipalities where the large chains of building materials do not reach.
Investment in the civil construction market in Mato Grosso do Sul promises to generate jobs
Eldorado, which has 15 inhabitants, received the construction sector network with enthusiasm and happiness, with a greater flow of people, however complying with all the biosafety standards imposed by the government of Mato Grosso do Sul for the pandemic.
In addition, the civil construction store seeks to carry out a selection process with city residents to work in the building materials store. So far, 10 salespeople have been employed to serve the population that will visit and buy at the store.
Loja Quero-Quero tends to expand more and more in the southern region of Mato Grosso do Sul, expanding to neighboring cities, such as Mundo Novo, which has 18 inhabitants. And the chain is expected to open 70 stores by the end of the year alone and another 80 in 2022.
Differential of the Quero-Quero Network
In addition to serving several sectors, from the beginning of the work to the completion, the store has credit facilities, with its own card. According to the CEO, around 25% of its sales are furniture and the other 75% are civil construction.
The Store sells everything from bricks and cement to sofas, cell phones and refrigerators. The network has its own payment method, with its single card that can be used both inside and outside the company. 60% of its sales are made through the company's card, which is a great differential in relation to other companies in the civil construction sector. The products are also highly new and up-to-date in the market, which also contributes to the company's fame.
