Construtora FG will invest R$3 billion in the construction of Senna Tower, the largest residential building in the world, in Balneário Camboriú.
Construction and development company FG revealed details on Monday about a project that promises to transform the skyline of Balneário Camboriú (SC). With a investment Estimated at R$3 billion, FG is about to begin construction of the Senna Tower, which will be the tallest residential building in the world. The announcement marks a new chapter in the company's history, further consolidating its presence in the high-end market.
Senna Tower Project Details
The Senna Tower will be a landmark investment in world architecture, expected to be over 500 meters tall.
The project is developed in collaboration with Marca Senna, which pays homage to the legacy of the iconic driver Ayrton Senna.

The prediction is that the jobs begin in the second half of 2025 and completion is expected up to 10 years later.
The development will have 228 residential units. Among them, 18 “suspended mansions” with areas ranging from 420 to 563 square meters, 204 apartments of up to 400 square meters, 4 duplex penthouses of 600 square meters and 2 mega triplex penthouses of 903 square meters are planned.
In addition, Senna Tower will have 8 ultra-fast elevators to meet the demand of its future residents.
The project includes 6 floors dedicated to private leisure areas and an exclusive rooftop for residents, totaling more than 6 thousand square meters of leisure area.
There will also be entertainment and gastronomy areas open to the public, as well as an immersive space dedicated to Ayrton Senna, reinforcing the connection with the brand that bears his name.
Investment approval
Senna Tower has already obtained all the necessary permissions for its construction, including the Neighborhood Impact Study (EIV), the Environmental Implementation License (LAI) and approval from the city of Balneário Camboriú.
A sale of the units is scheduled to begin in the last quarter of 2024, with more details on the exact number of floors of the building being released at that time.
Currently, the tallest residential building in the world is 111 West 57th Street, located in New York, at 435 meters high and 84 floors.
The Senna Tower, therefore, should surpass this mark and set a new global record.
Impact of Construtora FG's investment and strategic partnerships
FG is one of the largest and most experienced construction companies in Brazil, with over 40 years of experience in the construction market.
A company has already delivered 63 mega projects, with approximately 5,5 units.
FG also has the largest landbank in the region, with 3,5 million square meters of future developments, representing a general sales value (VGV) estimated at more than R$100 billion.
Currently, FG is involved in 15 “mega projects” and its goal for 2024 is to reach R$2,1 billion in VGV.
The construction company carries out more than 90% of its transactions with direct financing, demonstrating its solid financial position and ability to invest in large-scale projects.
The Senna Tower will be built with investment from FG in partnership with the Hang Family, owner of the Havan retailer, led by Luciano Hang. FG Empreendimentos is part of the FG Brazil Holding Group, a privately held company that manages the Graciola Family's businesses.
