About the agreement between Vale and Hidrovias do Brasil  

The contract, signed in the take or pay modality by Vale, has as its purpose the provision of transport services of up to 3.250 thousand tons of iron ore per year on Hidroviaz do Brasil – Paraguay-Paraná, for a period of 25 years.
