Vale informs that it will move the maximum volume of iron ore    

Hidrovias do Brasil reported that its subsidiary Girocantex received a communication from Mineração Corumbaense Reunida (MCR), a subsidiary of Vale, informing that for the year 2021 it will move the maximum contractual volume provided for in the contract and, therefore, must dedicate 8 convoys to the provision of services. services.  

The announcement was made on the night of this Tuesday (13). The company debuted in B3 on the 25th of September. The logistics company priced its shares at R$7,56 each, at the bottom of its estimated price range, according to data available from the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM).

About the agreement between Vale and Hidrovias do Brasil  

The contract, signed in the take or pay modality by Vale, has as its purpose the provision of transport services of up to 3.250 thousand tons of iron ore per year on Hidroviaz do Brasil – Paraguay-Paraná, for a period of 25 years.
