Vale Informs That It Will Move the Maximum Volume of Iron Ore
Hidrovias do Brasil informed that its subsidiary Girocantex received communication from Mineração Corumbaense Reunida (MCR), a subsidiary of Vale, stating that for the year 2021 it will move the maximum contractual volume provided in the contract and, therefore, will dedicate 8 convoys for the provision of services.
The announcement was made on the night of this Tuesday (13). The company debuted on B3 on September 25. The logistics company priced its shares at R$ 7.56 each, at the bottom of its estimated price range, according to data available from the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM).

About the Contract Between Vale and Hidrovias do Brasil
The contract, celebrated in a take or pay mode by Vale, aims to provide transportation services of up to 3.250 million tons of iron ore per year on the Hidrovias do Brasil – Paraguay-Paraná, for a period of 25 years.
