According to Petrobras, in addition to the concessions and their production facilities, the Natural Gas Processing Unit (UPGN) in Alagoas is included in the transaction, responsible for processing 100% of the gas from the hub and generating LGN, with a processing capacity of 2 million cubic meters per day.
In a statement, Petrobras said that qualified potential buyers for this phase will receive an invitation letter with instructions on the divestment process, including guidelines for conducting due diligence and submitting binding proposals.

About the Onshore Oil Fields for Sale by Petrobras in Alagoas
The Alagoas Hub comprises seven production concessions (Anambé, Arapaçu, Cidade de São Miguel dos Campos, Furado, Paru, Pilar, and São Miguel dos Campos), all located in the state of Alagoas.
The Paru field is located in shallow waters, with a water depth of 24 meters. The other fields are onshore.
In 2019, the average production of the hub was 2,348 bpd of oil and condensate and 856 thousand m³/d of gas, generating a total of 1,010 bpd of LGN.
