Multinational Ambev Is Offering More Than 90 Free Online and Distance Learning Courses. Classes Will Be Available Through Specific Company Platforms
The beer multinational Ambev, which has units in the Campinas region (SP), is offering 94 free distance learning courses with certification that cover topics from marketing to personal development. The courses are short, lasting only 16 minutes, and can be accessed via newsletters, reports, and Ambev’s social media, including on YouTube itself.

To enroll, it is necessary to register for free on the Ambev On platform. Only Full Name and Email are required. Students who choose to participate in the multinational’s free distance learning courses can check the completed courses and the number of modules per qualification under the “My Certificates” tab. Available options include:

- Budget Management;
- Mental Health;
- Digital Transformation;
- Agile Methods.

Ambev Creates Opportunities and Training for All
In addition to the free courses, Ambev also opened registrations last month for its 2022 internship program. The multinational’s internship opportunities were aimed at students without any experience who were pursuing higher education; the positions were available in all regions of Brazil.
The requirements proposed by Ambev included availability for 30 hours a week for the internship with flexible hours and enrollment in any undergraduate degree program. Unfortunately, the deadline for registration has already closed, but this demonstrates the multinational’s commitment to the development of the population.
Ambev plans to generate 300 job openings for its new distribution center set to open in October this year. The deadline for the start of operations of the enterprise is by the last quarter of 2021. The venture promises to operate with about 100 zero-emission trucks, ensuring that beverage brands are delivered to bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area quickly, with quality, while preserving the environment.
