The first three months are for gaining a broader view of Honda’s business. In this initial phase, the trainee rotates through our main areas: Administration, Production, and Sales.

From the fourth month (9 months duration): In this second phase, there is also a rotation of functions, but now all are related to the area of expertise. Thus, the trainee will combine their diverse experience with their specific skills.

In the second year: By the end of the program, the trainee will be responsible for developing a strategic project within their area of expertise, allowing the use of all their knowledge to create improvements that impact employees, Honda’s processes, or the community, and will also have a mentor to assist in their career development.

The Training Program offers opportunities for recent graduates to start their careers at the company. The positions are aimed at candidates with no experience seeking their first job in the areas of Administration, Production, and Sales.

Requirements

• Graduation between December 2019 and December 2021;
• Courses according to the need of each position: Administration, Engineering, Law, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Economics, and Information Technology courses;
• Advanced English;
• Willingness to travel and work in another city
