Build your career at Honda, one of the most important manufacturers of automobiles and motorcycles in the world, which is holding a selection process for its factories until February 7th, in its 2022 Training Program. The first three months are for gaining a broader view of Honda’s business. In this initial phase, the trainee rotates through our main areas: Administration, Production, and Sales.

From the fourth month (9 months duration): In this second phase, there is also a rotation of functions, but now all are related to the area of expertise. Thus, the trainee will combine their diverse experience with their specific skills.

The Training Program offers opportunities for recent graduates to start their careers at the company. The positions are aimed at candidates with no experience seeking their first job in the areas of Administration, Production, and Sales.

Requirements

Graduation between December 2019 and December 2021;
Courses according to the need of each position: Administration, Engineering, Law, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Economics, and Information Technology courses;
Advanced English;
Willingness to travel and work in another city
