Next Petrobras Contest Will Offer 458 Positions for Technicians With Salaries of Up to R$ 7 Thousand; Notice May Come Out Still This Year.
Anticipation is growing among candidates awaiting the notice for the new Petrobras contest with positions for technicians. Despite the initial expectation for October, announced by the company’s president, Jean Paul Prates, the launch has been postponed. However, the planning for the selection process is underway, with the expectation that the notice will be published by the end of the year, indicating a possible start still in 2023.
Notice for the Contest for Technicians at Petrobras Should Have 458 Positions
In total, 458 positions are expected to be offered for technicians at Petrobras, for positions requiring technical high school education, with salaries ranging from R$ 3 thousand to R$ 7 thousand. The positions for the Petrobras contest for quotas should be distributed with 20% for Black candidates and 20% for people with disabilities.
For now, the positions and vacancies for technicians at Petrobras that will be included have not yet been disclosed, which should happen soon. It is worth noting that Petrobras applies the minimum remuneration by Level and Regime (RMNR) for all employees, taking into account the concept of regional remuneration, based on the grouping of cities where the state-owned company operates.
The RMNR consists of establishing a minimum value by level and region, aiming to equalize the amounts to be received by employees, focusing on improving the equality provided for in the Federal Constitution.
In addition to the new contest with vacancies for technicians at Petrobras, the state-owned company also announced the call for the reserve list of selection processes from 2021 to 2023. For the Petrobras contest of 2021, another 289 approved candidates in the reserve list have just been called. Stages of the Contest With Vacancies for Technicians at Petrobras
The evaluation of candidates in the last Petrobras contest was conducted through a single stage, which was an eliminatory and classificatory objective test, in all 26 state capitals and the Federal District.
The exam lasted 4 hours and included 100 multiple-choice questions, with 40 basic knowledge questions and 60 specific knowledge questions. For basic knowledge, the required subjects were Portuguese Language and Mathematics.
In specific knowledge, candidates who failed to meet at least one of the following criteria were disqualified:
- Score lower than 18.00 points in the objective test of specific knowledge P2;
- Score lower than 8.00 points in the objective test of basic knowledge P1;
- Score lower than 30.00 points in the total of the objective tests.
