The competitive position requires a complete high school education and six months of experience in customer service. The proposed salary will be around R$ 1,447.11 for a work schedule of 6 hours per day or up to R$ 1,929.50 if the work schedule exceeds 6 hours daily.
The IMA offers some benefits such as health insurance, dental plan, meal voucher and/or food voucher valued at R$ 953.37 monthly, transportation allowance for metropolitan areas of Campinas, childcare assistance, and group life insurance.
Applications for this position must be made from 08:00 on January 26, 2023, until 23:59 on February 28, 2023, applications made online through the electronic address www.consesp.com.br. The application fee is around R$ 38.66.
This competition will consist of three assessment stages, which are:
– Objective test of eliminatory and classificatory nature with 40 questions, including Portuguese language, logical reasoning, technical knowledge/legislation, and informatics;
– One classificatory and eliminatory essay
The tests will be conducted in the city of Campinas, located in the state of São Paulo, on April 2. The locations and times will be announced on March 20 and through these electronic addresses www.consesp.com.br and www.ima.sp.gov.br and also in the Official Gazette of the City of Campinas.
The preliminary answer key and the test booklet for the objective test are expected to be released one day after the examination, also on the organizer’s website.
This public competition will have a validity of 1 year, counted from the date of its approval, and may be extended once for an equal period.
