Thiago Reveals The Functioning Of The Hidden Warehouse Of TCAR, Where Rare Cars Are Prepared, And Details The Project Of The New Workshop With Lifts And Bodywork.
Far from the spotlight of the main showroom, Thiago presents what he calls the “heart of TCAR”: a warehouse dedicated to the preparation, detailing, and storage of exclusive vehicles. In this space, he reveals everything from meticulous cleaning processes to cars covered with special covers, a strategy to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the collection that exceeds one hundred units.
The businessman, known for transforming TCAR into one of the most influential vehicle dealerships in the country, also showcases an expanded vision of the business. Among the new features is the project for a dedicated workshop equipped with three lifts, a bodywork area, and facilities for internal maintenance, a move aimed at reducing operational costs and centralizing services.
The Hidden Structure That Supports TCAR
The warehouse presented by Thiago functions as a strategic extension of the showroom, which holds only 52 vehicles.

In total, TCAR maintains about 100 cars in stock, requiring a detailed storage and preparation logistics.
There, the cars undergo inspections, technical washes, and what he calls “cotton swab cleaning,” conducted with precision to preserve the brand’s quality standards.
According to the businessman, every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure efficiency.
The lighting has been planned to reveal imperfections in painting and finishing, and the space includes distinct areas for quick washes, polishing, and internal cleaning.
The covers used over the vehicles, in sizes G and GG, were purchased in large quantities after tests showed their effectiveness against dust and micro-abrasions.
The Project Of The New Mechanical Workshop
One of the most striking points of the visit is the announcement of TCAR’s new expansion plan.
Thiago plans to install three automotive lifts and create a dedicated bodywork and mechanical area, allowing cars to be repaired and prepared without relying on third-party workshops.
Currently, maintenance, wheels, and painting services are distributed among different partners, generating trips and additional costs.
The new structure, according to him, aims not only to reduce expenses but also to optimize operational routines and ensure greater control over technical processes.
Even without seeking direct profit from the workshop, Thiago states that the initiative should balance expenses since costs with external providers represent a significant portion of the monthly operations.
The Case Of The Judicial Porsche And The Complexity Of The Backstage
Among the vehicles in the warehouse, one that stands out is a Porsche acquired in a judicial action. Thiago explains that, although he could use it as a trustee, he prefers to keep it stationary due to the ongoing process.
This situation exemplifies the legal and logistical complexities involved in managing a stock of this size, where each car requires specific documentation, security, and traceability.
The warehouse has full insurance and constant surveillance, ensuring that the cars are protected during the preparation process.
The businessman highlights that this care is essential to maintain TCAR’s credibility, which has consolidated in the premium market over 17 years of operation.
The Evolution Of The Channel And The Dialogue With The Public
Alongside the physical expansion of the company, Thiago celebrates the growth of TCAR’s YouTube channel, which surpassed 700,000 subscribers after a restructuring period that began in January.
According to him, the turning point occurred by understanding the audience’s behavior and adapting the video format, which now show the brand’s daily life and the backstage of the business.
The goal is to reach 1 million subscribers by the end of the year, consolidating the channel as one of the leading automotive content spaces in the country.
Thiago also emphasizes the importance of interaction with the audience, inviting followers to suggest topics and follow the next steps in the construction of the workshop.
The revelation of the “other side of TCAR” shows a company that combines strategy, structure, and authenticity to sustain its public image.
By opening the doors of the warehouse and sharing the challenges of the backstage, Thiago reinforces the transparency of a business that grows based on technical control and entrepreneurial vision.
