SBM Offshore is a multinational operator of FPSO oil platforms (floating storage and transfer unit). It holds contracts in the Campos and Santos basins for periods of up to 20 years. FPSO City of Saquarema
The FPSO will have a 20-year contract with Petrobras & Partners. The FPSO will be owned and operated by a joint venture between SBM Offshore and Mitsubishi Corporation, Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha in which SBM Offshore will own 56% of the shares.
