There is also a team that takes care of the nautical activities of the unit, better known as seafarers, who require special training and authorization from the Brazilian Navy (as well as from other countries, each with its regulations) to perform their duties on board. FPSO Cidade de Saquarema
The FPSO will have a 20-year contract with Petrobras & Partners. The FPSO will be owned and operated by a joint venture between SBM Offshore and Mitsubishi Corporation, Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha, in which SBM Offshore will hold 56% of the shares.
