Onshore Week 2023, one of the most important events in the national oil and gas industry, starts next Tuesday, March 11, in Maceió (AL).
The event is organized by the National Organization of the Oil Industry (ONIP) and brings together the leading names in the onshore sector of Brazil. The event’s agenda, which will take place until Thursday, the 13th, will feature a series of panels on strategies and guidelines for the Brazilian onshore industry.
The Importance of Onshore Week 2023
The general director of ONIP, Karine Fragoso, stated that the sector is motivated by the implementation of technologies focused on extending the lifespan of fields, essential for increasing production. Additionally, she highlighted that the prospect of new possibilities that researchers and decision-makers can bring to add more value to mapped resources is another factor that makes the event important.
During the Onshore Week, it will be possible to share perspectives on the role of Onshore in the transition to a low-carbon economy, bring international experiences to enhance the market, stimulate professional qualification through the development of new skills and competencies for the sector, among other objectives.
