Possible Rise In Oil Prices Could Increase The Deficit In Petrobras Fuel Prices, Forcing An Adjustment In Gasoline And Diesel. With That, Brazilians Turn To Homemade Gasoline Production
According to information published on April 14 by Poder 360, a new rise in oil prices will pressure Petrobras to raise fuel prices and once again, the one who will suffer the consequences will be the consumer’s pocket. With high prices for gasoline, ethanol, and diesel, some Brazilians are risking producing fuel at home. Many ‘solutions’ continue to go viral on social media to ease the burden on consumers.
Check out below one of the alternatives circulating on the internet: “homemade gasoline,” made with reused cooking oil. This formula appeared on the internet a few years ago but went viral with the possible news of a new adjustment in petroleum-derived fuel prices at gas stations, a consequence of the possible war between Iran and Israel.
Who doesn’t want to refuel for less? But is it worth the risk? Does alternative gasoline really make vehicles run without causing damage to the engine?
