The Santander Trainee Program for 2026 is officially open for applications, offering a salary of up to R$ 9,200, attractive benefits, and the possibility of experiencing an international experience for top participants. The opportunity is aimed at recent graduates who wish to accelerate their career in one of the largest banks in the country.

According to information from Valor Econômico, the selection process will be conducted by Universia, a company of the Santander Group, and promises intensive training over 18 months, starting in January 2026.

Who Can Apply for the Program

Positions are directed at candidates graduated in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) between December 2022 and December 2025. Advanced English and prior work experience will be considered important differentiators in the process.
