Good news for the oil and gas sector and especially for recent graduates. Tenaris is starting the pre-selection of candidates for two trainee programs, one for engineering and another for humanities. The positions are for Pindamonhangaba, in the state of São Paulo.

The Global Trainee Program (GTP) is a strategic tool aimed at developing and training young talents while they learn about Tenaris’s industrial experience and acquire its values through contact with the plant. The two-year program has the following main elements:

Giant reservoirs with a capacity of 18 million cubic meters have turned Fujairah into one of the largest energy vaults on the planet. This facility, located outside the Strait of Hormuz, stores oil on a colossal scale and has become a silent piece that supports the global flow of fuels.

The largest can factory in Latin America is being built in the interior of Paraná, and the responsible company has already started hiring professionals for different technical and operational areas.

Atacadão will open a colossal store with job vacancies for positions such as cashier, stock clerk, and butcher, offering 220 immediate opportunities, plus 85 extra in the sector, with an in-person selection process and imminent inauguration in Santos.

Rotation: Rotation is desired within the program. Trainees can spend time in at least two different areas. This change of department, supervisor, and objectives allows trainees to familiarize themselves with different areas of the company and leadership styles.
Training: An essential part of the trainees’ formation, the training includes: online courses, in-person technical and behavioral training, and a 1-month international experience in Argentina (TenarisUniversity Induction Camp – TUIC).
Evaluations and Follow-ups: Twice a year, trainees are evaluated based on their performance and potential by a committee composed of the company’s leaders, internal clients/suppliers, and human resources.
