Registrations for the free courses at the Social Service of Industry (Sesi-SP) are already open, and the focus is on filling the vacancies for the 2025 school year.
The priority is for the 1st year of Elementary School, but there are spots in other education levels. For those who want to secure a spot, it is necessary to pay attention to the specific deadlines for each group, as registrations occur on different dates, according to the category of candidates.
Who Can Register and When?
According to Sesi-SP, the children of employees of the contributing companies of Sesi-SP, known as “beneficiaries,” have priority for the spots.
Registrations for this group started on September 30 at 8 AM and will end on October 11 at 4 PM.
If you are part of this group, take advantage of this period, as there is significant demand for the spots!
For the general public (non-beneficiaries), registrations will open from 8 AM on October 17 until 4 PM on October 21.
However, it is important to note that the spots for this group will only be available in schools where the demand from beneficiaries does not fill all the opportunities offered.
Where Are the Available Spots?
At the time of registration, the system will show only the units and grades with available spots among the 140 schools of the institution.
In addition to Elementary and High School, Sesi-SP also offers spots for Early Childhood Education, serving children aged 4 and 5 years in some specific units.
The units that have Early Childhood Education classes are located in the cities of São Paulo (in the neighborhood of Santana), Birigui, São José do Rio Preto, Suzano, and Taubaté.
How Does the Selection Process of Sesi Work?
According to the official announcement from Sesi, when the number of registrants exceeds the number of available spots, the selection occurs through a lottery.
This lottery will be held on October 24 at 9 AM, directly at the school where the candidate is registered.
Those responsible for the selected candidates must be attentive, as the enrollment period is from October 25 to December 18.
Missing this deadline means losing the spot, so be prepared to act quickly if your child is drawn.
