Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ) is offering 500 fully distance learning slots, aimed at teachers and managers who want to enhance their skills in democratic management, human rights, and inclusive education.

IFRJ, in partnership with the RENAFOR Program, offers a training course in democratic management, funded by the National Fund for the Development of Education (FNDE).

As mentioned, there are 500 available slots, distributed among public education managers and coordinators, and this training aims to revolutionize the way these professionals handle school management.

Who Can Participate?

The course, which occurs entirely online, is aimed at education professionals with proven ties in public educational management. The slots are distributed as follows:

400 slots for managers and coordinators from municipal and state networks in the state of Rio de Janeiro;
100 slots for professionals from other regions of Brazil.

According to the official notice, professionals must work directly in the field of inclusive special education to qualify for participation in the course.

How to Register for the IFRJ Improvement Course

Registrations are free and will be made 100% online, through a Google form, available in the official notice.
