Sesi PE Is Kicking Off August With 300 Slots in Free Courses. The Training Takes Place Online With a Digital Certificate of Completion.

The Social Service of Industry in Pernambuco (Sesi-PE) is accepting registrations for more than 300 slots in free online courses for workforce preparation. In total, the 300 opportunities from Sesi are equally divided between the courses on Interpersonal Relationships and The Importance of Feedback.

The course on Interpersonal Relationships has a workload of 12 hours and aims to develop some of the most demanded skills for professionals in the new millennium, namely: emotional intelligence, technical knowledge, and the ability to relate to others.

Among the competencies addressed is the ability to relate to peers, strengthening teamwork, recognizing interpersonal relationships with a focus on a healthy work environment. The content will consist of the following topics:

Who Can Participate in Sesi-PE’s Free Courses?

Those wishing to participate in Sesi’s free courses must have a computer with internet access and basic computer skills, Internet Explorer (IE11 or higher), Firefox, Chrome, and a PDF reader, as well as operating systems compatible with mobile devices.

Sesi emphasizes that for a better experience, it is necessary to use headphones. Not meeting the requirements does not prevent participation in the course but may affect performance. On tablets and smartphones, some features may perform less satisfactorily.

Registrations can be made on the website pe.sesi.org.br, in the Distance Education section until August 20. Those interested must also be at least 16 years old and have an email. After completing the enrollment, students have 30 days to study the content and complete the desired course.

After fulfilling the workload of the desired free course, the student must take an exam on the educational platform, and upon achieving 70 points or more in the test, will receive the Certificate of Completion.
