Pessoas que entram no mês.o horário e fazem o mesmos serviço (aux. Logiatica), tem escalas totalmente diferentes, uns 6×1, com descanso aos domingos, outros 6×1+1 com descanso durante a semana e um.domingo ni mês e outros 5×2+1, dois descansos por semana e 1 domingo nomes. E os salários são os mesmos,indepe dente de um.geupo trabalhar muito.maos. sempre tendo que fazer HE e o 1 grupo em defazagem pois só tem um dia, enquanto o último tem dois dias para HE. Com um detalhe. Quem descansa 5×2 se trabalhar no DSR, ganha 2 dias de descanso após. E o 6×1 não, visto que não há possibilidade durante a semana sempre. Pois há muitos folguistas em dia de semana.
Fora que vc fica até 6/7 horas pra ir para a pausa, muitas vezes indo direto embora sem se alimentar, mas, o ponto é marcado automaticamente, então, nem procurar o MT podemos, pois fica difícil provar através do ponto.
