Requirements Required By Continental: Must be pursuing a degree in Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel is necessary. Intermediate knowledge of Spanish or English, as well as familiarity with Power BI and PowerPoint, are differentiators.
Responsibilities: Support the Logistics area in preparing daily reports and KPIs, as well as assist in analyzing and developing action plans for improvements.

Responsibilities: Conduct and participate in improvement groups, inspect the quality of parts produced in the factories using specific equipment, and make small repairs and adjustments to equipment.
Other tasks include filling out production records according to established procedures, entering production data into the system, and executing routines following operational instructions and procedures.

Human Relations Analyst
Requirements Required By Continental: The candidate must have a completed Higher Education in HR Management, Administration, or related fields.
Experience in activities related to Human Resources, especially in recruitment, payroll control, and benefits management, is desirable.
Responsibilities: Support the recruitment process for the plant by analyzing job descriptions and requirements. Among their functions are monitoring, controlling, and verifying employees’ time sheets, preparing data for payroll, checking hour calculations and deductions to ensure correct processing.

Contracts Manager
Requirements Required By Continental: Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3 to 5 years of experience in conveyor maintenance and contract coordination. Proven operational management experience, preferably in industrial environments, is essential.
Responsibilities: Manage the operational process of a unit of Continental Services, ensuring compliance with the policy and quality and safety standards established by Regulatory Standards (NRs) and flow targets.
