People interested in free online courses can turn to the Supreme Federal Court (STF) for this. This is because the Court informed the opening of registrations for its new series of free online courses.
Nowadays, specializing is essential. The problem is that many people do not have sufficient financial resources for this. With that in mind, several institutions are creating free opportunities.
One of them is the STF, which reveals it has courses available through a distance learning platform (EaD). In total, these opportunities cover 14 different areas.
Among these areas are legal topics, Portuguese language, innovative leadership, and citizenship, with subjects such as responsible parenthood.

Course at STF Has Certificate
An interesting fact is that students have the opportunity to obtain a course completion certificate. However, to do so, it is necessary to achieve 70 points by completing all the activities proposed in the courses.
Important Information
According to the STF, interested individuals should pay attention when registering, as there are prerequisites for participating in the classes.
In this sense, it is worth noting that among the courses with available spots, there are some aimed at law students and professionals, such as classes on the history and application of habeas corpus, and the use of artificial intelligence in the legal sector.
However, there are others that are open to the general public and cover, for example, courses on verbal agreement, the use of the crase, and the usage of commas, fundamental topics for those who wish to improve their writing.
Many Citizens Impacted
According to the Court, the project, titled STF Educa, started in 2020. Since then, more than 40,000 citizens have been trained through the courses offered by the Brazilian Supreme Court.
