Opportunity for technical training with remuneration brings youth together in Campinas in a program that combines study at Senai and practice within Bosch, with vacancies in industrial and digital areas and selection in stages until the start of activities in the second semester of 2026.

Bosch has opened a selection process for 80 vacancies in technical and apprenticeship courses conducted in partnership with Senai in the Campinas region.

The opportunities include training in digital solutions, administration, manufacturing, and automotive engineering, with applications open until April 15, 2026 and a start date expected for the second semester of 2026, according to the company.

The program combines theoretical training with practical activities within the company, in a model that alternates periods of study and work.

Technical courses at Bosch with Senai in Campinas

The vacancies are aimed at young people who are completing or have already completed high school, but the criteria vary according to the chosen path.

Bosch’s official announcement generally states that the selection is intended for candidates aged 16 to 19 years who reside in the metropolitan area of Campinas.

On the specific pages for the vacancies, the age range varies according to the course: administration and digital solutions accept applicants aged 16 to 19 years, automotive engineering requires candidates aged 17 to 19 years, while manufacturing accepts young people aged 17 to 21 years.

Training in automotive engineering and technology

The training in automotive engineering is the main novelty of this year’s selection process.

According to Bosch, the course has been structured to meet demands related to research and development in the automotive sector, preparing students for work in testing laboratories, calibration, product development, and systems that combine mechanics, electronics, and software.

The company also stated that the path includes content focused on both combustion vehicles and hybrid and electric models.

In the case of digital solutions, the proposal is to train young people to develop tools and processes related to the company’s technological environment.

The official job description states that the so-called Digital Talent Academy covers areas such as automation, software development, data analysis, SAP, UI/UX, and cybersecurity.

The technical course takes place at Senai, in Systems Development, while the practical experience occurs in real projects within Bosch.

Administration and manufacturing with practical learning

The administration path follows the dual system, with half of the time spent at Senai and half at the company.

According to Bosch, the program provides a learning contract of 1 year and 7 months and activities related to administrative routines, stock organization, document circulation, and the use of tools such as Excel, Word, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

The manufacturing course lasts for 1 year, with six months at Senai and six months at Bosch, preparing young people for activities on the production line, visual inspection, packaging of parts, machine release, and support for industrial practices.

Benefits offered to apprentices

In addition to professional training, successful candidates will be entitled to remuneration compatible with the position, according to the description of each vacancy.

Bosch states that benefits include wellness and health programs, medical and dental assistance, life insurance, meals at the workplace, transportation vouchers or chartered buses, in addition to other items offered to the company’s employees.

On some pages, the company also mentions participation in profits and results, private pension, free parking, and optional access to the internal club of the plant.

Requirements and served cities

The adopted model is one of integrated training between school and company.

In administration and digital solutions, the schedule occurs half-time at Senai and half-time at Bosch.

In automotive engineering, the proposal also combines theory and practice, with training in Mechatronics at Senai and activities in the internal automotive school and company laboratories.

In manufacturing, the design is different, with a division into blocks of six months between Senai and the company.

Although some of the requirements are common, Bosch details specific conditions for each area.

In all cases, it is necessary to have full or total availability for the schedule and reside in cities in the region.

For administration, digital solutions, and automotive engineering, the list of municipalities includes Campinas, Sumaré, Hortolândia, Monte Mor, Nova Odessa, Americana, Valinhos, Santa Bárbara d’Oeste, and Indaiatuba.

In manufacturing, the scope is more restricted: Campinas, Sumaré, Hortolândia, and Monte Mor.

There are also differences regarding the desired profile.

Bosch requests an interest in the automotive sector for those opting for automotive engineering, affinity with administrative areas for the administration path, and interest in technology for those competing for vacancies in digital solutions.

In this last training, prior knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, C++, or JavaScript, is seen as a differential, but not as an eliminatory requirement.

In administration, knowledge of the Office suite is also treated as a differential.

Stages of the Bosch Senai selection process

The company divided the selection process into three main stages.

The first stage includes a general knowledge test, with questions on mathematics, logical reasoning, basic computer skills, and text interpretation. Next, candidates participate in a group dynamic.

Finally, those selected in this phase undergo an individual interview with instructors from Bosch’s training program.

The company also informs that English is not mandatory nor eliminatory.

In addition to these phases, the individual vacancy pages record an initial qualifying stage based on resume analysis and a screening questionnaire.

This form is sent by email after registration and must be completed within the deadline provided by the company.

Bosch warns that incomplete answers or lack of response may prevent continuation in the process.

Therefore, the email address provided during registration should be monitored closely throughout the selection process.

How to apply for Bosch vacancies in Campinas

Applications must be made online, on Bosch’s career platform, until April 15, 2026.

In the official selection environment, candidates choose between the four open paths in Campinas — automotive engineering, administration, digital solutions, and manufacturing — and fill in their details to participate in the process.

As the prerequisites vary according to the course, the company’s guidance is to carefully check the description of each vacancy before completing the registration. Click below for more information:
