Schlumberger Announces Blue Talent Program in Macaé for Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the Job Market.
One of the world’s leading service providers, Schlumberger reveals the Blue Talent program in Macaé, a training and education initiative aimed at people with disabilities who will be integrated into the job market. The program is a partnership between Schlumberger and a major educational and professional training network in Brazil, Firjan (see Firjan’s estimate for the job market in Rio de Janeiro). Classes will be held in the city of Macaé, and the first cohort will have the course completely free; one of the requirements is that candidates must be of legal age.
Schlumberger, a global leader in its segment, is committed to the environment t with a history of innovation and service provision, the main supplier of characterization, drilling, and production technologies for the oil and gas industry. The company was founded in 1926 and is named after Conrad and Marcel Schlumberger, brothers who transformed the energy industry with the revolutionary idea of using electric measurements to map rock formations beneath the surface.

Requirements and Benefits
