According to Jairo Agosta, HR manager at Marfrig, the development of future professionals in the food industry is closely monitored. “Through the Internship Program and Trainee at Marfrig, we encourage learning and good performance for young people who will be responsible for our tomorrow, offering not only technical knowledge, but also behavioral aspects, commitment and responsibility”, says Jairo.

Internship
Requirements: you must be a student in the penultimate or last year of the Administration, Accounting and Computer Science, Foreign Trade, Law, Engineering — Environmental, Food, Information, Quality, Processes, Production and Chemistry — Statistics, Journalism, Marketing, Veterinary Medicine, Psychology, Advertising and Animal Science.
The work will take place at the corporate office — located in São Paulo — and the program lasts for a maximum of two years, starting in February 2022. Among the benefits are: a stipend of 2 reais, transportation vouchers, meal vouchers , life insurance and recess. To promote training, the selected young people will be mentored by directors in each of the areas of activity.

Trainee
Requirements: vacancies for those looking for their first job in the Trainee Marfrig 2022 are intended for recent graduates (up to two years after graduation) in Business Administration, Accounting and Economics, Civil, Quality, Food, Process, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering and Chemistry — and Veterinary Medicine.
With a duration of 18 months, the opportunities are available in company units throughout the country, such as Alegrete, Bagé, Pampeano/Hulha Negra and São Gabriel, in Rio Grande do Sul; Bataguassu, in Mato Grosso do Sul; Chupinguaia, in Rondônia; Mineiros, in Goiás; Promissão, in São Paulo; Pontes and Lacerda, Tangará da Serra and Várzea Grande, in Mato Grosso.
Benefits: Starting in March 2022, the benefits offered are: salary of BRL 6, transportation or charter voucher, food voucher or basic food basket, on-site meal, life insurance, health and dental plans.
