How the Talent Pool Works
The talent pool is a reserve registry that allows SESI-SP to identify professionals with suitable profiles for future opportunities.
Registration does not imply immediate hiring.
According to the needs of the educational units, candidates may be called for evaluation stages.
All communications are conducted via email, and it’s necessary to keep contact information updated.
Selection Stages
According to SESI-SP, the process may include curriculum analysis, interviews, technical and behavioral assessments, and verification of academic requirements.
The stages may occur in person or virtually, and the institution reserves the right to carry out only the necessary phases according to the volume of applications and available positions.
Choice of Performance Regions
During registration, the interested party can select up to three locations in the state of São Paulo to compete.
This choice is used by the institution in the profiling process, aligning the demand of the schools with the availability of candidates.
The SESI-SP network has units in various municipalities in São Paulo, which broadens the scope of opportunities.
Teachers’ Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary according to the level of education.
In PEB I, the teacher teaches Art classes for 1st to 5th grade classes, participates in pedagogical and parental meetings, and monitors student development.
In PEB II, responsible for 6th to 9th grade classes, the teacher keeps evaluative records, prepares reports, and participates in the organization of the educational journey.
In PEB III, aimed at high school, the teacher collaborates with the pedagogical proposal of the unit, participates in class councils, and may engage in projects and extracurricular activities related to the field of Art.
Required Documentation
Those interested must send a resume in text format and keep available documents that prove the formation and experience provided.
If the candidate is called, SESI-SP will request verification of requirements and other materials that demonstrate professional practice, as needed by the educational unit.
Hiring Conditions
Contracts may be for fixed or indefinite term, depending on the needs identified by the network.
The workload and hours are defined at the time the vacancy is offered.
All positions include activity hour and Paid Weekly Rest, in accordance with internal regulations and selection announcements.
Guidelines for Interested Parties
Before registering, candidates should verify if their education is compatible with the accepted degrees and if they have proven experience in the field of Art.
It is also important to confirm availability of hours and assess the proximity of the chosen areas.
According to educational managers, these measures increase the chances of matching the profile to the network’s needs.
How to Register in the SESI-SP Talent Pool
Applications remain open as long as the process is active. SESI-SP recommends that candidates regularly check the registered email, through which information about screenings, interviews, and convocations is sent.
If there is a need for rescheduling, the institution may adjust the stages according to internal criteria, without prejudice to the candidate’s participation.
The process represents an opportunity for licensed professionals who wish to work in SESI-SP units in different regions of the state. Click to apply!
