This position also involves negotiating with units to attend to their beneficiaries within the accredited network.
It also involves occasional negotiations with providers when it is not possible to provide service through Unimed, focusing on managing assistance costs.
The exchange assistant also maintains interface with all areas of the company for administrative support related to the area of operation. Finally, they will also keep control over the services rendered, recording them in appropriate instruments.
