New selection process to fill vacancies at Unimed requiring only high school education: Unimed is accepting applications for hybrid work in SP.

Unimed Nacional announced on April 30th a new selection process for the position of Exchange Assistant. The vacancy at Unimed is aimed at those who reside in São Paulo (SP) to work in the hybrid modality.

It is worth mentioning that this position's main responsibility is to provide second instance assistance to demands linked to national care between unimeds. 

The work involves communication with internal areas, providers and other system units, whether by telephone or email. The focus of the role is to ensure agile solutions within the company's standards for situations of network insufficiency and other processes aimed at regulatory resolutions and the Exchange Manual.

Those who are approved for the vacancy at Unimed will be responsible for providing second instance service to Unimeds, internal areas and providers, analyzing the needs related to the FDA (Digital Service Flow) process, seeking to comply with solutions that meet the requirements of the regulations. This also carries out negotiations with the units to serve their beneficiaries within the accredited network. 

It also negotiates with providers on an occasional basis, when it is not possible to provide care through Unimed, with a focus on controlling healthcare costs.

The exchange assistant also maintains an interface with all areas of the company for administrative support matters related to the area of ​​activity. Finally, he/she will also maintain control over the services provided, recording them in appropriate instruments.
