While reprogramming two robots, the engineer was surprised by a third robot that unexpectedly grabbed his arms with its steel fingers, causing severe injuries and bleeding. The victim was rescued by colleagues, who managed to free him from the machine’s grip.

In addition to this robot attack, reports indicate that other Tesla employees at the same plant suffered injuries, but it is not confirmed whether they were also victims of robot attacks. Tesla, by law, is required to report incidents involving employees due to the high level of automation in its factories.
