Functions and Responsibilities for This Job Opening
The selected professional at Unimed will be responsible for providing customer service, either in-person or in back-office, dealing with a variety of demands.
Among the main activities are the inclusion of authorization requests, clarification of contracted coverages, management of cancellations, reactivations, and registration changes, as well as monitoring the financial situation of clients and reimbursement processes.
The Customer Service Assistant will also be involved in scheduling services, assisting the service provider network, and other clarifications, always monitoring compliance with the deadlines established for customer follow-up.
