This Thursday, (08/15), Unimed Grande Florianópolis, one of the largest health cooperatives in Brazil, has a new job opening for the position of Customer Service Assistant. With over 50 years of dedicated work promoting health and well-being, Unimed seeks qualified professionals to join its team and contribute to the excellence of the services provided.

Functions and Responsibilities for This Job Opening

The selected professional at Unimed will be responsible for providing customer service, either in-person or in back-office, dealing with a variety of demands.

Among the main activities are the inclusion of authorization requests, clarification of contracted coverages, management of cancellations, reactivations, and registration changes, as well as monitoring the financial situation of clients and reimbursement processes.

The Customer Service Assistant will also be involved in scheduling services, assisting the service provider network, and other clarifications, always monitoring compliance with the deadlines established for customer follow-up.

Unimed Grande Florianópolis offers an initial salary of R$ 2,304.06, in addition to an attractive benefits package.

For employees residing outside Grande Florianópolis, who work from home, health assistance is provided.
