The Serasa Experian selection process is an opportunity for college students to enter the job market at one of the largest information solutions companies in the country. The internship program lasts up to two years, providing comprehensive training for the university students who join the company.

During this period, interns have the chance to apply all the skills learned during their academic training, in addition to participating in training sessions and improving their technical and behavioral skills. At the end of the program, there is also the possibility of converting to a full-time position, allowing university students to continue their careers at Serasa Experian.

What Is the Structure of the Serasa Internship Program?

The structure of the Serasa internship program is quite comprehensive, offering university students the opportunity to participate in onboarding for acclimatization within the company and pathways in technology, as well as immersion in Serasa’s culture and its areas of operation.

During the program, interns have the chance to participate in training to enhance their technical and behavioral skills, in addition to participating in internal volunteer programs. The program also offers a project to be developed by the university students, receiving career mentorship and a sponsor for ongoing support.

What Are the Requirements to Participate in the Serasa Selection Process?

To participate in the Serasa Experian selection process, candidates must be college students in degree or bachelor’s programs, expecting to graduate between December 2024 and December 2025. Students must be available to intern 6 hours a day, between 7 AM and 8 PM.

Another fundamental prerequisite is knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). It is worth noting that remote positions can be competed for by students from all over Brazil, while hybrid positions (remote and on-site) are only available for those living in Blumenau/SC, São Carlos/SP, or São Paulo/SP.

What Benefits Are Offered by the Serasa Internship Program?

The benefits offered to interns are quite attractive, with a monthly stipend of R$ 2,150, which increases to R$ 2,500 in the 9th month and reaches R$ 2,850 in the 13th month. Interns also receive transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance, dental plans, telemedicine, life insurance, vaccination campaigns, gym membership, psychological support channels, flexible hours, access to online course platforms, partnerships with language schools, and ergonomic support (for remote and hybrid positions).

How to Participate in the Serasa Experian Selection Process?

Interested students must apply for the Serasa Experian selection process by June 12 through the Cia de Talentos website. The selection process will include mindmatch tests, group dynamics, final interviews, an approval list, and hiring. The program will start in August of this year, and the entire selection process will be conducted online.
