Automation Analyst

• Ensure the functional availability of automation equipment through best maintenance practices;
• Develop technical studies aimed at reducing the variability of control loops in the production process;
• Develop and improve maintenance methods and tools and technically support all maintenance and operation process cells;
• Develop control logics in dedicated systems;
• Keep backups of the unit’s automation system up to date;

• Carry out the scheduling and preparation of roll maintenance plans, providing the necessary resources, involving the transportation and technical scope of needs, technically supporting the Purchasing department regarding the qualification and hiring of suppliers;
• Ensure the integrity of the process, equipment, and materials to be installed;
• Inspire the team for teamwork with other stakeholders.

Maintenance Mechanic III

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;
• Keep equipment and areas at maximum performance;
• Carry out maintenance on various equipment such as reducers, variators, motors, valves.
