Vivo has once again announced the opening of the selection process for its Internship Program 2022, considered the largest program ever conducted by the telecommunications and internet network. There are 750 internship positions available in 17 cities, including Porto Alegre/RS, Caxias/RS, Belém/PA, Fortaleza/CE, Salvador/BA, Recife/PE, São Paulo/SP, Campinas/SP, Osasco/SP, Belo Horizonte/BH, Brasília/DF, Curitiba/PR, Londrina/PR, Vitória/ES, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Florianópolis/SC, and Uberlândia/MG.

Registrations and Prerequisites to Participate in the Selection Process ‘Internship Program 2022’ from Vivo

It is required that interested parties participating in Vivo’s selection process are in their penultimate or final year of academic training, with graduation expected by December 2023 at the latest. Differentiators such as being curious, having a digital attitude, and making things happen responsibly while following company guidelines are essential.

Vivo has chosen not to require English and also did not give preference to specific courses or universities. The company has also not limited age and/or gender issues. Vivo’s Internship Program will last approximately 12 to 24 months, depending on which semester the candidate is in at their college.

The selection process for Vivo’s Internship Program 2022 will be completely online and will include a cultural fit test and a video challenge. There will also be panels with dynamics and individual interviews. Vivo will provide a stipend that is in line with what is currently offered in the market.

Selected candidates will also benefit from Vibe, Vivo’s flexible benefits program, which includes meal and transportation vouchers, health and dental plans, life insurance, and Gym Pass for gyms.

The company also offers a language program, day off (discounts and a day off) for birthdays, smartphones with unlimited voice and data plans included, exclusive offers with discounts on landline, broadband, TV, and free apps also included. Additionally, all interns will be able to work remotely twice a week.

Those who secure an internship position in São Paulo will greatly enjoy the wellness space at Vivo’s headquarters, with about 600 m² entirely dedicated to health, with a super multidisciplinary team of acupuncturists, psychologists, nutritionists, and physiotherapists.

Vivo’s headquarters in São Paulo also has a room for meditation and yoga. Except for acupuncture, other services will always be available to interns at the headquarters in São Paulo.
