Opening of Stores in São Paulo, Paraná, and Bahia
The expectation is that Rio de Janeiro will receive the store next month at Barra Shopping RJ, with an opening scheduled from September 9 to 12, 2021. Xiaomi anticipates a large crowd, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the company decided it will be necessary to schedule a visit to the new store through Xiaomi’s website. Xiaomi Stands Out in the Brazilian Market
With this expansion project in Brazil, Xiaomi is not sparing investments and it is noticeable that strategic points were devised regarding the launch of the company’s new stores. Opening physical stores in the cities of RJ, SP, PR, and BA is part of the brand’s growth plan, so it was to be expected that cities with better traffic of technology products would be chosen to be part of this plan.
The competition for the top spot is tough between Xiaomi and other brands, such as Samsung. Both brands are constantly launching new and attractive products, increasing the level of competition in the market.
Even though the Rio de Janeiro store has not yet opened, fans of the brand are already eagerly waiting for the other four stores to be inaugurated in the country by the end of this year. Rumors suggest that São Paulo will receive the next store very soon. Curitiba and Salvador have not yet had their opening dates revealed for their respective stores.
