The Vacation Internship Program was created in 2011 and aims to provide students with an internship opportunity during the vacation period established by the University calendar.

In addition to putting into practice the knowledge acquired in the classroom, selected students have the opportunity to experience the culture of OEC – Odebrecht Engineering & Construction by exchanging experiences and interacting with leaders.

Requirements:

• Enrolled students: from the 5th semester of Engineering (Civil, Mechanics, Electrical and Environmental) and from the 3rd semester of Administration, Accounting and Social Communication;
• Internship availability: 30 hours per week.

Minas Gerais (16 vacancies) – Vacancies are for the construction of health units for the Municipality of Belo Horizonte, in a PPP model (7 for Civil and 2 for Administration); for the Eurofarma factory, in Montes Claros (2 for Civil and 1 for Administration); and for the new Governador Valadares water supply system (3 for Civil and 1 for Mechanics).

São Paulo (11 vacancies) – In addition to two vacancies in the city of Santo André to work in a petrochemical company (1 Mechanic and 1 Electric), the other opportunities are for the corporate area: Communication (1 vacancy – Journalism), Finance (2 vacancies – Administration), Personnel Administration (3 vacancies – Accounting Sciences and Administration), Accounting (2 vacancies – Accounting Sciences) and Planning & People (1 vacancy – Administration).

Rio de Janeiro (11 vacancies) – Students will have the opportunity to work in the Prosub project, which builds five submarines to modernize the Brazilian Navy fleet (2 vacancies for Civil Engineering, 1 for Mechanics, 1 for Electrical and 1 for Administration) and at the Santa Cruz Thermoelectric, which is undergoing modernization to operate from two fuel sources (1 for Civil, 2 for Mechanics, 1 for Electric, 1 for Environmental and 1 for Administration).

Bahia (3 vacancies) – Vacancies are to work on a maintenance contract in the petrochemical area, 2 for Eng. Mechanics and 1 for Administration.

Pará (3 vacancies) – Students will be able to work on the requalification of 10,8 kilometers of BR-316, the main gateway to the capital, Belém (3 vacancies for Civil Engineers).

Paraná (1 vacancy) – Will work on the duplication and improvements of 4,8 kilometers of PR-092, known as Rodovia dos Minérios, which connects Curitiba and Almirante Tamandaré (1 vacancy for Civil Engineer).
