In Cariacica, more specifically on BR 262, an old property of Viação Itapemirim will host a commercial complex that promises to generate numerous job openings in the coming months. The complex will include a bank, pharmacies, pet shop, clothing stores, and many other sectors that are expected to generate around 100 job openings for ES.
Also on BR 262, a Havan unit will be established, offering about 200 job openings, as well as the Sempre Tem wholesale store, from the Carone Group, which will open another 200 opportunities. The new franchises, wholesale stores, and the megastore will function as a huge open-air shopping center on approximately 80,000 m2 of rented land divided among the entrepreneurs.

Executives Talk About the New Franchises in ES
According to real estate broker Anderson Figueira, the location will be a huge street mall, featuring various businesses. Some negotiations are already being finalized for the construction to take place. He states that the contract with Havan’s owner, Luciano Hang, was signed on Tuesday (15), and his store is expected to occupy 15,000 m2.
According to William Carone, director of the Carone business group, around 150 job openings will be generated at the peak of construction of the wholesale store in Cariacica, and another 200 when it starts operations.
He adds that there is a possibility of opening another Sempre Tem store in Vitória (ES), more specifically in Jardim Camburi, which will require the same number of workers. There is no projected start date for hiring yet, but usually the supermarket announces its job openings on its website.
Opportunities in Praia da Costa
Starting in July of this year, new and current stores are expected to open around 100 job openings at Shopping Praia da Costa in Vila Velha for positions such as salespeople, cashiers, and stock clerks.
Interested candidates should leave their resumes at the shopping center administration or at the stores themselves. According to Andreia Vidal, commercial manager of Shopping Praia da Costa, the job openings are a result of the new stores coming to the shopping center and also the gradual recovery of commerce, which has suffered due to the worsening of the pandemic.
